Hogmanay December 31, 2007

Hello fellow crafters/bloggers. Haven’t been around over Christmas, and have been offline due to PC problems, and haven’t crafted much either. But I’m back, and wishing you all the best that 2008 can give you. I love New Year, and what better thing to show you than a callendar I made for a friend- started out as a Thank You card, but changed it halfway through, as you do….lol It’s very sparkly so I’m showing two pics, as the first one is a little glary, but shows the glimmer really well.

 And……since I didn’t really show anything Christmassy (I prefer New Year lol) here’s a card I made a friend….

Saturday Stampers- Christmas with a twist December 1, 2007

 photo frame was coloured with distress inks and gold perfect pearls, which you can’t really see, but it did shine, and couple of snowflakes from german scrap, and more bells lol

the domino was stamped with a pbs stamp, bells and ribbon added and coloured the star with a krylon pen.

 

The acetate tag is from Joanna Sheen, embossed with gold then collaged and once again, bells added. lol

ATC Holder November 22, 2007

Little ATC & Holder I made roughly (very much so) from the template supplied by Stampington in their Post Script email, a project by Audrey Hernandez. I’m terrible at working from templates, just give me step by step instructions for dummies and I’m ok. So this is my version of the holder……..

and actually, when I’ve just gone to get the link to this project (HERE) there are step by step instructions on there…….lol maybe I should read as well as look at the nice pictures…lol

This is what I’ve made while I’m taking it easy (been poorly) and this box is for a forum friend, and it was inspired by Joanne’s publication in Stampers Sampler recently. Joanne’s always been a big inspiration to me anyway, but I loved her little box she’d made. So this is my version, complete with shrink plastic burdy lol

I got this little box for 99p in a kids toy shop lol.
